PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The Coalition of Bone Health Educators™ initiative is a comprehensive medical education program designed to enhance healthcare professionals’ awareness around the need for early diagnosis and aggressive management of bone disease, as well as to better objectify the assessment of disease activity.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
After attending this live activity, participants should be able to:
• Explain the impact of skeletal-related events (SREs) associated with cancer and cancer-related treatments, with an emphasis on multiple myeloma
• Review best practices for managing patients with skeletal complications, based on key clinical evidence, appropriate practice guidelines, and patient case studies
• Discuss the role of bisphosphonates in treating bone loss associated with bone metastases, based on findings from recent clinical trials evaluating the safety and efficacy of these agents
• Review the role of emerging treatments that may benefit patients who experience bone loss and pain associated with bone metastases
